A Dubai Desert Trip

A European family wanted to spend some time in the Dubai desert on a cool afternoon. Since they did not own a 4x4 they decided to park their car on the side of the road and camp close by. A local man driving by with his 4x4 noticed the car on the side of the road and foot prints leading into the desert. Out of concern he ventured in with his 4x4 and followed the trail to make sure everything was ok. Not too far away he came by the family happily camping and taking pictures. He greeted them and welcomed them to Dubai with some traditional local coffee he kept in his car.

Who could this kind and generous local man be? The number plate gives it away!!

BTW... These photos were taken by a member of the European family...

The Black Stig is Back

Press release:

"Until now, the original Stig from BBC Top Gear was thought to have been killed back in 2003, when he drove a modified Jaguar XJS off the end of HMS Invincible aircraft carrier at 109mph. The nation was shocked that the Stig was dead. However, recent footage has been found on YouTube showing that he miraculously survived.""How he survived, nobody knows. Some believe he used the nitrous octane equipment from the Jag to breathe. Some believe he can communicate with dolphins and they cared for him. Has he returned because he can sense White Stig has had his identity exposed?" (BlackStigBack)

The videos are elaborate productions in which the bride and groom (the wedding party fills out the supporting cast) take staring roles in short musical films. In the video above, Andrew Coates and his wife Caroline dance through the streets and lip sync to "That's How You Know" from Disney's Movie 'Enchanted'.

Hero on the Hudson

Remember the recent heroic plane crash in the Hudson. A Flash game was created quickly by Orb Games Limited, supposedly to "remind everyone about this miraculous event." Its very, very
easy; I got a great landing from the first go.... Good Luck. (Addicting Games)
